The purpose of this assignment is to develop a change management plan. This content will become part of the final project management plan to be submitted in Topic 8.

The monitoring and controlling processes enable the management and measurement of progress toward the project goal and scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Supporting project management processes include scope control, change control, schedule control, budget control, quality control, and a communication plan. Monitoring and controlling processes occur during the execution and control phase of IT project methodology.

Using the case study selected for the previous assignments, review either the “Husky Air – Pilot Angels” or the “The Martial Arts Academy – School Management System” extended case study content at the end of Chapter 11 in the textbook. Using the guidelines presented in the textbook, complete the “Change Management Plan” at the end of Chapter 11.

APA style is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.

Use what you have learned about leadership strategies to address Questions 1-5 in a 250-500 word paper.
